Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Delhi NCR. The HR Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, address employee relations, and manage talent acquisition processes. Key responsibilities include onboarding, performance management, learning and development initiatives, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement strategies, resolve workplace challenges, and support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 6+ experience
• Proficiency in HR operations, employee onboarding, and HR policy development
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and employer branding
• Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and workplace conflict resolution
• Familiarity with compliance under local labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead training, learning, and development initiatives for employees
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the IT or technology sector is must
