Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site HR Manager to join our team in Pune. The HR Manager will handle essential human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The role involves managing payroll and compliance, implementing HR policies, conducting training programs, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The HR Manager will also develop strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement and development.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
- Experience in employee engagement, workplace culture building, and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of payroll management, HR compliance, and employment laws
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role preferred
