HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to drive our talent acquisition, company culture, and HR operations

What You'll Do:

• Tech Hiring: Lead end-to-end resource recruitment.

• People & Culture: Drive employee engagement, performance reviews, and retention strategies.

• HR Operations: Handle smooth onboarding, leave/attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal company policies, POSH, and statutory labor laws.

• 1 + years of experience as HR Generalist/Recruitment experience, preferably in an IT/Software company.

• Strong communication skills in English & Tamil.

• Proven expertise in tech sourcing (LinkedIn, job portals, local networks).

• Degree in HR, Management (MBA HR), or a related field.
