We're Hiring: HR Manager / HR Lead

Taxplan Advisor is looking for an experienced HR professional with 3+ years of experience to manage and strengthen our HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and people processes.

Work Mode: On site

CTC: 80,000 – 1,00,000 per month

Experience: 3+ years in HR

What You'll Handle:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates

• Develop and manage HR policies and processes

• Handle employee relations and workplace concerns

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records

• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

• Support performance management and appraisal processes

• Handle HR documentation and compliance requirements

• Coordinate with management on workforce planning

• Build a positive and productive work culture

• Manage remote-team HR operations effectively

Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of proven experience in HR / Human Resources

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition

• Experience in employee relations and HR operations

• Good understanding of HR policies and processes

• Experience handling performance reviews and appraisals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to independently manage HR functions

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Experience working with remote teams is a plus

• Good organizational and execution skills
