Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, compliance management, and administrative coordination for a logistics organization based in Gondkhairi, Nagpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage payroll, attendance, and daily HR operations
- Ensure statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.)
- Maintain organizational discipline and address employee grievances
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and other vendors
- Manage vendor billings and administrative activities
Requirements
- Graduate / MBA in HR
- 4+ years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR compliances and labour laws
- Good communication and leadership skills
