A multi-specialty, patient-centric hospital facility in Faridabad Sector 8 is hiring an experienced HR Manager to run end-to-end human resources for clinical and non-clinical teams. This is an on-site leadership role focused on operational excellence, statutory compliance, and talent management within a fast-paced hospital environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for the hospital campus recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and separation processes for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Manage statutory compliance across PF, ESI, professional tax, attendance/shift policies and maintain accurate audit-ready HR records.
- Drive employee relations: handle grievances, conduct investigations, implement corrective actions and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
- Partner with clinical heads to design staffing plans, roster management, credentialing support and ensure right-sizing for shifts and patient demand.
- Implement and maintain HR processes and systems (HRMS/configuration), generate HR metrics and actionable reports for leadership on attrition, hiring, and productivity.
- Own performance management cycles, learning & development coordination, and local HR policy updates to align with hospital accreditation and operational goals.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Commerce or related field.
- Proven experience in hospital or healthcare HR operations, including clinical staffing and on-site employee management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, professional tax, Shops & Establishment).
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll processing systems and managing payroll vendors.
- Demonstrated capability in recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles and managing end-to-end onboarding.
- Experience producing HR analytics and management reports for senior leadership.
Preferred
- SHRM/PHR or equivalent HR certification.
- Experience with clinical credentialing, rostering and workforce planning in a hospital setting.
- Advanced Excel / HR analytics tools experience (pivot tables, dashboards).
