We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources efforts in a dynamic 24-year-old software company in India. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
