HR Manager develops and executes human capital strategies, linking company leadership with employees. They oversee the full employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding—while ensuring company-wide compliance with labor laws, administering compensation and benefits, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.Core ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, manage workforce planning, and design onboarding and succession programs.Employee Relations: Serve as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts, address grievances, and advocate for both the employees and business goals.Performance & Development: Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide decision support via HR analytics, and identify training needs to foster employee growth.Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll processing, design competitive salary structures, and administer benefit packages.Compliance & Policy: Ensure company policies align with local and national labor laws and regulations.Key Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.Experience: Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in HR, with previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.Certifications: Professional credentials such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are highly preferred.Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and leadership skills, alongside strong knowledge of HRIS (HR Information Systems) software
