Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and overall human resource functions within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues

• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation

• Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

• Conduct employee engagement and retention activities

• Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations

• Leadership and team management abilities

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:

• MBA / PGDM in HR or Any Graduate with relevant experience

Industry Preference:

• Healthcare / Pharma / IT / Manufacturing / Corporate
