Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage an HR team (minimum 5 members).
• Drive end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT/software roles, ensuring high-quality hires.
• Foster a positive work culture, focusing on retention and employee satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies and workforce planning.
• Handle negotiations (salary, contracts, and conflict resolution) with tact and firmness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Bring innovative and street-smart solutions to HR challenges and operations.

Requirements
