Job Description

Job Accountabilities

  • Provide HR support and guidance to line managers on a wide range of HR matters such as talent acquisition, benefits and learning & development, performance management, compliance and the successful execution of HR programs and initiatives
  • Hands-on to handle the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle, HR Operations, Payroll and Budgeting and Third Party Outsourced Vendors
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll and leave processing and the annual income tax filing with the outsourced service provider independently
  • To register employee insurances with insurance vendor and attending to employee inquiries
  • Manage the Annual Renewal of Medical insurance and Payroll Services which includes performing the due diligence, negotiation of rates for the payroll services and staff medical insurances and full evaluation of the service provider services
  • Perform the Annual Outsourcing Review on the serviced providers in accordance with MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and Head Office's Requirement
  • Formulate, review, update and maintain HR Policies and Procedures to align with market practice
  • Drive the recruitment with the line managers, handle the end-to-end recruitment which includes sourcing, interviewing, offer and negotiation
  • Responsible for the full on-boarding of new hires, maintenance of employee personal files and off-boarding for leavers
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting the reports to Head Office and the labour market surveys to the regulators promptly
  • Create new joiner records and update the staff training record in Workday
  • Provide training support and solution to employees and keep track of RNF representatives training requirements to comply with local regulatory requirements
  • Plan and organise engaging social activities for the Bank to foster closer interaction and bonding among the staff
  • Handle any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested by the immediate supervisor or Branch Manager

Requirements

1. Education Qualification

  • University Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

2. Working Experiences

  • Minimum 5 year of HR Generalist experience in all aspects of HR functions, particularly in HR Operations, Payroll and Compensation and Benefits
  • Possess high market awareness of the latest development of employment practice and learning & development requirements in the private banking industry
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, good HR judgement and institutional knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively with high attention to details and accuracy
  • Able to deal with ambiguity, resourceful and proactive
