Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead our human resources department in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR practices, policies, and procedures, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources from recruitment to employee relations.

Responsibilities

She/he should be able to perform all the responsibilities mentioned in the HR superintendent job description and should also be able to prepare HR policies and procedures in consultation with the management related to the mentioned HR activities.

• Design and implement Employee welfare measures & promotion policies.
• Assess and Identify the Employees who design and conduct training programs.
• Preparing and Implementing the Employee appraisals.
• Preparation and monitoring of attendance e and leave policy.
• Prepare the job profiles and job descriptions.
• Improvement in the Recruitment and selection process.
• Understanding & preparing pay scales, salary structures, and preparation of salary budgets, wages, and salary policies.
• Command over all statutory compliances like ESI, PF, and its adherence

Skills and Qualifications

Any degree with MBA/IRPM/PPM//PGDBM. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

• 5-10 years of experience in HR management
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with employees
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of performance management systems and techniques
