Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager

Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Hyderabad headquarters. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in HR operations and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
  • Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
  • Handle employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
