Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 710 years of hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should be immediately available and capable of independently handling HR functions while leading and guiding the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer rollouts, and closures
- Oversee employee onboarding and induction processes ensuring smooth joining and documentation
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, statutory compliance, and coordination with finance
- Manage HR administration including employee records, HR policies, letters, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Handle employee relations, grievances, performance issues, and disciplinary processes
- Lead and manage the HR team, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance
- Support resource planning and utilization in coordination with department heads
- Implement and improve HR processes, SOPs, and systems
- Coordinate exit formalities, final settlements, and offboarding processes
- Manage other general HR tasks as required by management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 710 years of experience in HR operations and people management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HR administration, and compliance
- Experience in team handling and resource management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions
- Proficient in HR systems, MS Excel, and HR documentation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
