Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end Core HR and HR Generalist functions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, statutory compliance, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and HR operations. The candidate should be capable of independently managing HR activities in a Non-IT organization and supporting management in building effective people and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle recruitment and selection for Non-IT positions.
- Manage joining, on boarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave, employee records, and HR databases.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary-related inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports including headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee data.
- Coordinate training and development activities based on organizational requirements.
- Manage HRMS and employee data management with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct exit interviews and coordinate Full & Final Settlement.
- Identify and implement HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Work closely with department heads and management on manpower planning and HR-related matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or mid-to-large organization.
- Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing HR processes/teams and supporting business growth.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, statutory compliance, and company regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and other HR tools is preferred.
