Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
• Proficient in HR software and tools for recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
