Job Description

Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into payroll systems.

Verify attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, and update records.

Compute wages, deductions, and maintain payroll data.

Record employee events such as hiring, transfers, resignations, promotions.

Track leave time including vacation, sick leave, and personal leave.

Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings.

Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from timesheets and records.

Interview job applicants to assess work history, training, education, and skills.

Prepare and maintain employment records using HR management systems.

Identify staff vacancies, recruit, interview, and select candidates.

Coordinate recruitment team for smooth hiring processes.

Facilitate monthly MIS reports for additions, attrition, cost, and manpower review.

Handle performance appraisal processes including uploading ratings.

Maintain and update personal records, leave records, transfer, promotion, termination, and reimbursements.

Track probation and confirmation dates; ensure timely implementation of assessments.

Manage payroll processing including salary release, pay slip generation, LTA, medical reimbursement, salary advance, leave encashment, bonus, and ex-gratia payments.

Process interview reimbursements, relocation expenses, quarterly incentives, referral schemes, tuition fee reimbursements, and gifts.
