Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, primarily in marketing and related functions.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Ensure smooth and timely hiring processes with strong stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain recruitment reports and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in hiring within the fashion / D2C / e-commerce domain.
- Strong track record in marketing and leadership hiring.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and speed.
