Job Description

  • Manage HR operations and strategies for the APAC region, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes to support business growth.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that comply with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to identify and address workforce development needs.
  • Handle performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Monitor and manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager (APAC) should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management within the business services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong skills in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-regional, large organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
