About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Paradyes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of HR operations, ensuring seamless HR processes that support the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, payroll, compliance, and administrative functions, all aimed at fostering a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will serve as a key partner to leadership and employees alike, driving initiatives that enhance organizational culture, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential; an MBA in HR will be an added advantage. Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in talent acquisition, payroll management, statutory compliance, and HR policies. A thorough understanding of labour laws and statutory requirements is crucial for ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborating with department heads, the role involves understanding manpower requirements and ensuring the timely closure of positions with suitable candidates. Employee engagement will be a key focus, involving planning and executing initiatives, activities, and events that promote a positive workplace culture and improve employee retention. Addressing employee concerns and supporting conflict resolution will be vital to maintaining a harmonious work environment.

The role also encompasses overseeing payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely disbursement, managing attendance, leave records, and HRMS systems. Maintaining comprehensive employee records and ensuring smooth HR operations are critical components of this role. Additionally, the HR Manager will ensure compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESIC, PT, and labour regulations by drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and SOPs. The role includes maintaining documentation for audits and inspections.

Administrative responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, and employee reimbursements. The HR Manager will oversee travel desk operations, including travel bookings and coordination, ensuring smooth logistical support. Ensuring the efficient functioning of workplace infrastructure and administrative support services is also part of the role. Performance management processes such as KPI/KRA setting, appraisals, and reviews will be supported and managed, along with preparing HR MIS reports, dashboards, and insights for management review.
