What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for a comprehensive range of HR functions, including:
- Ensuring statutory compliance.
- SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) handling, creation, and implementation.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with specific experience in Sales & Project team recruitment.
- Handling onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Managing factory licenses and related compliance.
Required Candidate Profile
- Male candidate preferred.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager.
- Preferably from the Garment Industry.
- Good communication skills are essential
