HR Recruiter – Internal Hiring

About the Role:

DataSoft Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage internal recruitment and handle day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in talent acquisition, and a good understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support attendance, leave management, and other HR administrative activities.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation.
• Coordinate with management on hiring plans and workforce requirements.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment and HR.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in US Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
