Mandate

* Build HR systems and governance from the ground up

* Implement non-negotiable KPI/KRA accountability

* Recruit and close high-capability, high-ownership talent

* Align compensation with performance, not tenure

* Identify roles that should be outsourced vs retained

* Rebuild the company's reputation as a high-expectation, high-reward workplace

First 90 Days Hard Deliverables

30 Days

Organisation, talent and compensation audit. Identify capability gaps. Define core vs outsource structure.

60 Days

Launch KPI-driven performance framework. Activate focused hiring engine for high-impact talent.

90 Days

Close 35 critical hires. Roll out leadership performance dashboard. Present a 12-month HR transformation roadmap.

Direct access to leadership.

High ownership. High visibility.
