Talent Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute the hiring roadmap aligned to the company's growth and scaling plans.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment across functions, with strong ownership on critical and leadership hires.
  • Build structured hiring processes while maintaining speed and agility in a fast-paced environment.



0→1 / Scale-Up Hiring

  • Set up and scale TA processes, frameworks, and employer branding from the ground up.
  • Build pipelines for key roles across tech, product, business, and GTM teams.
  • Create scalable hiring playbooks suited for a high-growth startup context.



Stakeholder & Founder Partnership

  • Work closely with founders and business leaders to translate business goals into talent strategy.
  • Act as a thought partner on org design, talent planning, and hiring prioritization.
  • Influence hiring decisions with strong market insights and talent intelligence.



HRBP Exposure & People Initiatives

  • Support select HRBP interventions across performance, engagement, and org effectiveness.
  • Contribute to building a strong culture and employee value proposition.
  • Partner on key people initiatives beyond hiring as the organization scales.



Process Excellence & Candidate Experience

  • Drive best-in-class candidate experience and employer brand positioning.
  • Leverage data and insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Introduce tools, systems, and automation to optimize TA processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • A successful HR Manager - TA should have:8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong ownership roles.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced startups or 0→1 / early-stage scaling environments.
  • Experience hiring across functions (tech, product, business, GTM) preferred.
  • Exposure to HRBP or broader people practices is a strong advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work closely with founders.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes.
  • Data-driven, structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
