What You Will Do

This is afront-line facilitation and observation role, not a desk internship.

You will:

Host and support small participant groups during live sessions

Observe decision-making, leadership, negotiation, and group dynamics

• Usestructured observation frameworksto take objective notes
• Support session flow, transitions, and on-ground coordination
• Work closely with facilitators and founders during live delivery

This role offers direct exposure tohow L&D programs are designed and delivered in real settings.

Session Flow & Time Commitment (Mandatory)

Facilitator Briefing & Alignment:10:00 AM 2:00 PM

Structured alignment on:

Experience design and learning intent

Observation frameworks and note-taking standards

Roles, responsibilities, and facilitation etiquette

Live Experiential Session:3:00 PM 7:00 PM

On-ground hosting and observation at apremier college / corporate setting in Mumbai.

Full availability from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM is mandatory.
