Fast-growing 25+ year old bearings trading company looking for a high-energy HR Executive who loves end-to-end recruitment and wants complete ownership of HR operations. Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Work from Office

This is a 360 HR role perfect if you want to become a solid HR Generalist in the next 1218 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment (target: 4060 hires/year) sales, marketing, accounts, etc.
  
• Daily active sourcing on Naukri RMS/Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobHai, Apna, referrals & campus
  
• Hands-on usage of Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll & Zoho Sign every single day
  
• Onboarding, induction, employee records, attendance & leave management
  
• Payroll inputs & 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Form-16)
  
• Run performance appraisals (quarterly + annual + 360)
  
• Employee engagement birthdays, festivals, referral rewards, town halls
  
• Grievance handling & conflict resolution
  
• HR policy creation, audits & process improvements
  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 12 years experience in recruitment + HR operations
  
• Proven track record of closing at least 3050 hires independently
  
• Mandatory daily working knowledge of: Zoho Recruit | Zoho People | Zoho Payroll | Zoho Sign
  
• Expert in Naukri RMS/Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobHai & Apna etc. etc.
  
• Good knowledge of Tamil Nadu & Central labour laws and compliance
  
• Excellent English
  

Education

MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred | Any graduate with strong relevant experience also welcome (Exceptional freshers with 612 months paid HR internship + Zoho knowledge will be considered)
