We're looking for an energetic and driven HR professional to join our growing team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT recruitment and a strong interest in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure timely closures.
- Support HR operations including employee engagement, attendance, documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain HR databases and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives.
