Job Description

We are looking for an HR IT Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience in IT hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT positions and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
  • Understand job requirements and source relevant profiles.
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals for sourcing.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates till joining.
  • Maintain candidate and hiring records.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
  • Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. ).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple requirements.
  • Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
