Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR IT Recruiter – Fresher to join our team and support the sourcing of freelance IT trainers and consultants for various corporate training requirements.

This is a Work-from-Office opportunity based in Bangalore. We are preferably looking for candidates who are currently residing in Bangalore and are comfortable commuting to our office in Kammasandra.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic familiarity with job portals, and a willingness to learn different IT technologies and training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify suitable freelance IT trainers through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and internal databases.
• Understand client training requirements, including technology, skill set, experience, certification, availability, and training duration.
• Use relevant keywords and Boolean searches to identify suitable trainer profiles.
• Contact trainers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to explain training opportunities.
• Collect trainer details such as CV, contact information, relevant experience, availability, certifications, and expected commercial rates.
• Screen trainer profiles against the given training requirements.
• Maintain and regularly update the freelance trainer database.
• Coordinate trainer availability for technical/demo calls with the internal or client team.
• Follow up with trainers regarding availability, feedback, commercials, and training schedules.
• Build and maintain a strong database of freelance IT trainers across different technologies.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely submission of relevant trainer profiles.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic familiarity with job portals and job posting.
• Interest in HR Recruitment / IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Good internet research and profile-searching skills.
• Ability to understand requirements and identify relevant profiles.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
• Willingness to learn different IT technologies and technical job roles.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
