Position: HR IT Recruiter

Location: Baner, Pune (100% Onsite Role)

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in IT Recruitment (Client Hiring Experience is a must)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

CTC Range: 2.50 LPA to 5.0 LPA (Based on experience) + Attractive Incentives + 3 LPA Mediclaim + PF

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles

Handling end-to-end recruitment process for client hiring

Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline

Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with clients

Negotiating salary and closing positions within the given timeline
