Role: HR Intern Training & Placement
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screening calls to understand candidate profiles
Create and update ATS-friendly resumes
Apply candidate profiles on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Perform daily resume updates
Assist candidates in job applications with proper consent
Manage minimum 5 active candidate profiles
Track interview emails and follow up
Maintain daily reports
Use LinkedIn for sourcing and HR outreach
Support in closing candidates
Requirements:
Personal laptop and internet connection
Basic MS Word, Excel, email knowledge
Strong communication skills
Willing to work in target-driven environment
Active LinkedIn profile
Ability to multitask
Follow daily reporting discipline
