Role Description

This is a full-time remote internship role in Human Resources (HR). The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. The role requires regular coordination with other team members, contribution to process improvements, and assisting in strategic planning to improve overall HR management practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Understanding of Personnel Management practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR-related software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
