The HR Internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to gain practical experience in the human resources field. The intern will support various HR functions and gain insights into recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and conducting onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on various HR topics.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
