Role Description

This is a 6-month on-site HR Internship located in Pune Division. As an HR Intern, the selected individual will assist with day-to-day human resources activities, including managing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and engaging in personnel management tasks. Responsibilities also encompass supporting HR management processes, ensuring compliance with company protocols, and fostering positive workplace culture through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Understanding of Personnel Management principles and practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in basic office software tools (e.g., MS Office)
• Enrollment in or recent graduation from a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program
