About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day activities. This role will provide exposure to core HR operations, employee engagement, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
- Support attendance and leave tracking
- Help in drafting and sending HR communications (emails, reminders, announcements)
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
- Support implementation of HR policies and processes
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related follow-ups
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Assist in basic recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Requirements- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Good to Have- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Prior internship experience (optional)
