Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and posting job openings across various job portals and online platforms.
- Review and screen resumes to identify candidates whose skills, qualifications, and experience match the job requirements and company needs.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates, explain the job role, and guide them through the next steps in the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews, ensuring the process remains smooth, organized, and timely.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and interview feedback, while also supporting onboarding and preparing necessary HR documents.
