The HR Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations by implementing HR policies, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and records management
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and internal controls consistently across the organization
- Maintain accurate HR data, employee files, and HR systems (HRMS)
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Support employee relations by addressing HR queries and coordinating disciplinary or grievance processes
- Generate HR reports and support audits, inspections, and management requests
- Coordinate with recruitment, finance, and other departments for smooth HR operations
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of experience in HR operations (industry dependent)
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office / HR systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
