Role Description The HR Intern role at Fidelis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. They will help in drafting and updating HR policies and documentation, preparing employee records, and supporting onboarding and induction processes. The role includes assisting in the administration of employee benefits, maintaining HR databases, and supporting personnel management activities such as attendance tracking and basic employee queries. The HR Intern will collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement initiatives, compliance-related tasks, and general office HR support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and handling employee queries.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage confidential information responsibly, and collaborate within a team.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with HR software or databases is an added advantage.
