Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role based in Faridabad. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping onboard new team members. The role involves supporting the implementation of HR policies, helping coordinate employee engagement activities, and assisting with attendance and leave tracking. The HR Intern will also help with documentation, filing, and data entry in HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. This position provides hands-on exposure to core HR processes in a growing healthcare manufacturing organization.
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Basic knowledge or coursework in HR Management and Personnel Management.
- Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits, or willingness to learn these areas quickly.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with spreadsheets and HR data.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work from the Faridabad office during standard business hours and handle confidential information responsibly.
