Job description:
We are seeking highly motivated proactive HR interns for our Talent Acquisition team in Whirlpool India. This is a crucial role, responsible for hiring great talent across the organization that will directly impact our business strategies.
Role: Internship (Talent Acquisition)
Duration:
- 6 months (Start Date - Jan'26)
- 2 months (Start Date - Apr 26)
Location: Gurugram (in-Office)
Bandwidth: 40 hours/week (Mon- Fri)

Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding recruitment requirements from internal teams
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screening resumes based upon job requirements and shortlisting criteria
- Conducting initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Following up with candidates for interview feedback and joining
- Learning end-to-end recruitment process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Recently completed an MBA/PGDM
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with a wide range of people.
- Data Proficiency: Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet
