Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Intern (Unpaid). The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day tasks such as supporting HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management activities. The intern will also engage in tasks related to recruitment, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
  • Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with office software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous internship or coursework in HR is a plus
