About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
HR Intern (Unpaid Internship) to join our team, with a focus on
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate hiring practices and HR operations. Exceptional performers will have the chance to transition into a
full-time role in our HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and documentation.
- Participate in initial HR discussions or telephonic interviews when required.
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns on social media.
- Assist in onboarding formalities and other HR-related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with recruitment portals is a plus.

Qualifications
