About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern (Unpaid Internship) to join our team, with a focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate hiring practices and HR operations. Exceptional performers will have the chance to transition into a full-time role in our HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and documentation.
  • Participate in initial HR discussions or telephonic interviews when required.
  • Support employer branding and hiring campaigns on social media.
  • Assist in onboarding formalities and other HR-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with recruitment portals is a plus.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with recruitment portals is a plus.
