HR Intern ( Unpaid )

Role Description This is a full-time, unpaid, remote HR Intern role.

-The HR Intern will support day-to-day Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.

-Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.

-Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants.

-Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers.

-Post job openings across different platforms.

-Communicate professionally with candidates.

-Assist in onboarding and HR documentation.

-Support day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

-Delhi University student (currently pursuing graduation).

-Minimum 1 year of HR/Talent Acquisition experience (internship/freelance/part-time).

-Excellent English communication.

-Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and MS Office.

-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

-Available for at least 6 months.
