Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Source potential candidates through databases, job boards, and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus
- Good organizational and time-management skills
