Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern/Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment activities across technology and business roles. This role offers hands-on exposure to tech hiring, core IT hiring, and high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative in learning different aspects of recruitment and technical skill sets. This internship focuses on practical exposure and learning rather than strict hiring targets, making it an excellent opportunity to build foundational HR and recruitment skills.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent command over English
  • Ability to conduct professional candidate interactions and pre-screening calls
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Good to Have

  • Exposure to recruitment or HR processes through internships or academic projects
  • Basic understanding of IT roles or technology hiring
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals
  • Awareness of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities for technology and business roles
  • Assist in tech hiring, core IT hiring, and high-volume recruitment
  • Post and manage job descriptions on job portals and social platforms
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
  • Conduct resume screening and pre-screening calls
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS
  • Manage candidate follow-ups and recruitment coordination
  • Gain exposure to different technical roles and skill sets
