HR Intern (Technology Hiring)

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technology Hiring Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is perfect for someone who is excited about the world of technology, understands emerging tech trends, and wants hands-on exposure to hiring top-tier engineering and product talent.

As a Technology Hiring Intern, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage exceptional tech professionals across domains like software engineering, data science, cloud, DevOps, AI/ML and Other IT Infra

The responsibilities we entrust you

#Source and identify high-quality candidates through Job boards and other platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech communities.

#Screen resumes and evaluate technical profiles for skills, project depth, and cultural fit.

#Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

#Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

#Craft compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates.

#Support recruitment analytics and reporting for ongoing hiring initiatives.

#Stay updated on tech trends, emerging skills, and market hiring insights.

Whar matters in this role:

#Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (B.Tech/MBA HR)

#Strong interest in technology hiring and understanding technical roles.

#Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

#Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

#Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

#Familiarity with sourcing tools and social platforms is a plus.
