We are currently expanding our talent management operations and are looking for a driven intern based in Jaipur to help us scale.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to drive our tech recruitment and candidate outreach efforts. In this day-shift remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential candidates. Your core focus will be actively calling, sourcing, and screening technical professionals to align them with our various client engagement pipelines.

What You Will Do

• Proactively call and engage potential tech candidates to discuss active job openings and career opportunities.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate availability, technical alignment, and communication skills.
• Clearly explain and navigate candidates through our different hiring models, including Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Full-Time, and Freelance engagements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals (Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Snowflake Developers, etc.).
• Assist the senior talent acquisition team in coordinating interviews and managing internal databases.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: Fresh graduate or final-year student holding a BBA, BCA, B.Tech, or MBA degree.
• Location: Must be currently residing in Jaipur (strictly required, despite the remote setup).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and phone etiquette; you must be highly comfortable spending a significant portion of your day on candidate calls.
• Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of IT roles, tech terminology, and IT staffing models (C2H, contracting).
• Availability: Able to commit to a standard day shift for the full 6-month duration of the internship.
