Title: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition) – Remote

Role Overview:
Work on real startup hiring mandates across Sales, Tech, Ops, Finance, and Marketing. You will manage candidate pipelines, track data, and support end-to-end recruitment using Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via LinkedIn
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines in Google Sheets
- Update candidate status and track progress daily
- Engage candidates and assess initial interest
- Coordinate for screening and shortlisting
Required Skills:
- Strong communication (written + verbal)
- Basic LinkedIn sourcing knowledge
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
- Attention to detail in data entry and tracking
- Consistency and ownership mindset
Requirements:
- Full-time: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Laptop + stable internet
- Comfortable working with sheets and data tracking
- Serious interest in HR/recruitment
Internship Details:
- Duration: 6 months
- Mode: Remote (Mon–Fri, Sat–Sun off)
- Stipend: Unpaid initially
- Performance Review: After 90 days
- Post 90 days: Fixed + incentives based on performance
- Certificate + PPO for top performers
