Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
Maintain and update the HR SharePoint site to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Upload, organise, and manage HR policies, forms, templates, and reference materials on SharePoint.
Support the digitisation and migration of HR documents to SharePoint.
Monitor document version control and ensure proper document management practices.
Assist with HR process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level or ITE qualification. Candidates who are currently pursuing or have recently completed an ITE or Diploma's programme are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is an advantage.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
