Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
  • Maintain and update the HR SharePoint site to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Upload, organise, and manage HR policies, forms, templates, and reference materials on SharePoint.
  • Support the digitisation and migration of HR documents to SharePoint.
  • Monitor document version control and ensure proper document management practices.
  • Assist with HR process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or ITE qualification. Candidates who are currently pursuing or have recently completed an ITE or Diploma's programme are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is an advantage.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
