Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra (On-site)
Duration: 6 Months
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling)
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
- Support on boarding and documentation of new employees
- Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records
- Help organise employee engagement activities
- Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA / MBA (HR) or related field
- Freshers are welcome
- Immediate joiners preferred
